The World Russia Forum 2011 (The Lozansky Forum) will take place in Washington, DC on March 29 – 30.  Celebrating its own 30th birthday, the Forum is dedicated to the 50th Anniversary of Yuri Gagarin's historic space mission.

Afternoon at the Russian Cultural Center, 1825 Phelps Place, NW

2.30 – 5.00 PM:  Round Table Discussion by the Leadership of the newly formed Center for U.S. – Russia Rapprochement ,   U.S. experts and  Russian Diaspora activists to discuss the role of NGO’s in formulating the American-Russian cooperation agenda.

5.00 – 7.00 PM: Reception at the Russian Cultural Center
